Very best and helpful concierge lady. Pleasant stay with better than average breakfast. Good location by the river with plenty restaurants and shopping nearby.

The hotel staff were very nice. The hotel has free cookies and tea in the lobby. The cleanliness of the room could be better. It smelled like someone smoked when we entered the room. There was no aircon in the corridor and elevator.
The location is good as it is near the canal.

Last Saturday, I drove to Shaoxing with my friends to experience the culture and history and taste rice wine. We stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Ying'enmen.
