Excellent service and facilities. Very nice room. Staff are extraordinarily helpful, polite and cheerful. Particular praise to Ms Lyn Lin, who gave us a big welcome in receiving us and bid us farewell with complimentary drinks. Hightly recommended. Will surely visit again.

The king-size bed mini suite is really nice. The twin-bed room has a video TV that can be turned to watch on both sides. The room is big and has a super large desk. There is piano music in the lobby. It is super high-end. The breakfast is good and very suitable for Cantonese people. Especially the rice rolls are silky. The fitness area is large. The water quality of the swimming pool is super good. You can also do dry steaming and sweat steaming. There is also a billiard room, but I haven't seen it yet.

I stayed in this hotel in Shanwei. There is a food street next to it. The location is excellent and the quality is very satisfactory. The hotel is new and grand. It feels like the best quality hotel in the Vienna series that I have stayed in.

Good location, close to the beach, next to Mazu Square. Very close to the beach coffee shop and seafood shop. The facilities are not new, the room is quiet, the big bed is comfortable, there is a bathtub but there is no disposable bathtub bag. The scenery outside the window is good.

The location of the hotel is good. The environment inside the hotel is very clean and the things are very new. This time I stayed in a family room with two bedrooms and one living room to celebrate my family’s birthday. The hotel staff was very helpful in setting up the decoration. Thank you very much. The hotel is nestled in a bustling and happening area of Shanwei, and was, overall, a great hotel for the purpose of a weekend getaway out of Shenzhen. We went in the off-season, but the site in normal times offers beach access, several bars and restaraunts of different varieties (including Chinese and SOME international food options), some nice photo opportunities, among other things The location of the hotel is a little unclear, but you will find their office near the corner of the large intersection - from there, it is easy to acces their rooms from multiple entry points. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room was safe, clean, and affordable. It had a great view of the sea, if a just a little set back from it Highly recommend a stay here!
