The most satisfactory hotel I stayed in Shanwei. The front desk provided professional and enthusiastic reception service, and introduced the hotel's business location and free facilities in detail. I booked a garden-view room with an area of 60 square meters, which was exactly the same as the picture. I was very satisfied with it, clean and well-equipped. On the way to check in, I could also take my children to the children's area to play claw machines and video games. In the afternoon, I went to the hotel's underground first floor. The Suzhou Garden is really beautiful. I took a lot of photos. It was so cool to swim and exercise in the fitness center. It was a very satisfactory stay experience. From service to hygiene to facilities, it is all five-star standard. Thumbs up! Recommended to stay!

The location is very good. There is a food street right outside the door. I upgraded to a deluxe room. The cleanliness is very good, the facilities are complete, the hot water in the bathroom is hot enough, the WiFi speed is average, and the price is reasonable. The only thing is that the food street is a little noisy in the evening, but it is not a big problem. It will be quiet after closing at night.

I went to Shanwei for two days and booked the Ausland Hotel, which is about ten minutes' walk from Ermalu Food Street and Friendship Restaurant. The room is clean and tidy, fully intelligent voice-controlled, and the bed is moderately soft and hard. There is free parking, and fruits are given upon check-in. The front desk lady has a friendly service attitude. There are many seafood stalls, barley noodle shops, etc. across the road from the hotel. The licorice fruit in the licorice fruit shop on the right side of the hotel is so delicious. I packed a box to eat in the car after checking out. It is very convenient to stay in this hotel, very down-to-earth, and high value for money. Recommended!

Unexpectedly, there is such a cost-effective hotel in the downtown area of Shanwei. The location is very good, close to the Second Road and the Haibin Avenue. The hotel has a large internal parking lot. Because we arrived in the afternoon, the front desk manager was very enthusiastic to upgrade our room for free. , The room windows are bright, the room environment is quiet and comfortable, the facilities are complete, the toiletries are complete, and the skin feels better than ordinary hotels. The breakfast provided by the hotel is also very good, the dishes are rich and delicious, and the overall feeling is very good. Price and stay experience Very cost-effective! Also the pillows are very comfortable. After staying for three days, the front desk manager, waiters and cleaning lady were all very enthusiastic and provided high-quality services. After arriving at the hotel, we received a free upgrade to the room type. Xiao Chen at the front desk was very kind and helped us delay the check-out time. The room is simple and refreshing, with good ventilation. The view is not bad either. It's not the peak season, so the beach, swimming pool and indoor and outdoor children's facilities are all empty ~ almost reserved.

Stayed for three consecutive nights, and the room attendant would change towels and replenish daily necessities every day.
I live on the fifth floor and have a view of the road, but it is so quiet and there is no sound of cars.
And the bed is very comfortable, there are two types of pillows, and the training is very good.
It's not too far to go to Erma Road and Wenming Road, about ten minutes' walk. It only costs ten yuan to take a taxi back.
The only drawback is that there is no refrigerator🥲

We had a marvelous stay in the hotel. The beach is amazing, and the facilities are all here: swimming pool, gym, arcade, karaoke, and an abundance of playroom (most with a fee).
We ate exclusively in the hotel, pretty sure it was more pricy, but food quality was amazing and we can be assured it is safe. The Chinese restaurant service was great on the second night, and our server Bella Tang （唐輝勤）served us with all her heart. We are grateful. 😀

This hotel is centrally located, with brand new decoration and facilities, professional service from the staff, and a pleasant surprise in terms of breakfast quality, especially the soy milk and hometown dishes. EExpatShanwei is one of the cities I haven’t been able to visit yet. It’s very close to my city. The location is in the middle of the attractions I wanted to see (10-30 minutes each way). I think the city is better to have a car or motorbike. Atour has the most reasonable prices, and the rooms are newly done. I didn’t have the food there, but it looks like a good option. The Seaview room overlooks the community mostly, and there’s places within walking distance. I went to the Poly Jintingwan, Shanwei Museum, Coco Mall Plaza, Honghaiwsn Zone. Rain ☔️ took place, so I found some great venues (J.HOO, Memory Pub, Simma, Horizon, and Hujing Steak House). The room is so comfortable and clean that I stayed in it until lunch both days. I was able to get work done in the book lounge area. The gym is an appropriate size. Ayi was friendly, and Bao’an helped with my Taxi. The staff answered my questions. Facilities and furnishings perfect. I was the only foreigner, but locals great.

BBrian_034I stayed here for one night while visiting my wife's hometown. When I arrived to check in, the front desk staff seemed shy and intimidated. I'm a foreigner, and I think their English was very limited. They only spoke to my wife and never really looked at me. The room was very modern, in fact, a bit too modern. Everything was automated, even the curtains. I spent 10 to 15 minutes trying to figure out how everything worked. Unfortunately, the section of the city where the hotel is located experienced several power failures while I was there. Whenever the power went out and came back on, my automated room would reset to the default settings. I also found several hairs and what appeared to be a spot of blood on one of my pillows. Finding that made me question the cleanliness of my room. Ultimately, I decided to check out a day early and relocate to another hotel down the road, where I had a much better experience. (Please see the photos for the funny English spellings!)

There is piano music in the lobby. It is super high-end. The breakfast is good and very suitable for Cantonese people. Especially the rice rolls are silky. The fitness area is large. The water quality of the swimming pool is super good. You can also do dry steaming and sweat steaming. There is also a billiard room, but I haven't seen it yet.

GGuest UserI would say it’s a perfect place for a big family or families to stay under one roof. I would recommend to others. The ktv room is as the photo shows with good sound system. The pool table is all worned out and not very good quality. Can only satisfy young kids. The kitchen seemed to have bowls and plates but not totally clean or new. Have stains in them. The rooms each have their own bathroom so no complain here. They offer disposable towels so you may want to bring your own. I complained about the dirty and smelly refrigerator and very quickly responded and got helpers to come clean it. Oh the mahjong table had some disfunction as some tiles were a larger size. The home is close to the beach so that’s nice! Overall, I had an enjoyable stay and would come again with big families.

NNevennaDon’t look any further for a place to stay in the Red Bay! This is a great hotel, very close to both beaches, the spectacular coast very clean and not crowded. Currently the tide was high and the pre-typhoon waves have made the beach unavailable for swimming on one side but I hope that in the peak of the summer season this will be different. There are also many sights worth seeing very near this accommodation in the walking distance, and a lot of excellent restaurants with very fresh seafood too. The rooms are perfectly clean and functional, tasteful and private, well equipped, and it’s very cheap, which is amazing! The hotel owners are so lovely and welcoming, beautiful people. They made us feel like we have arrived to visit good friends, they had tea with us in the lobby and gave us advice on the things we needed in the city. We are very grateful and we will surely return here again and choose the same place to stay. 🌊🌼❤️

The counter lady even upgraded our room for free, she helped us whenever we messaged her, sent us locations to visit and every time we had a question she was always helpful and replied very fast. The room was very pretty and clean , the bathtub was big and nice, the balchony was big and beautiful. I loved everything about it. Would definitely recommend this hotel and room to anyone visiting Shanwei .

AArghya SamantarayThis hotel is located in a really wonderful area. The city has amazing food, and everything is in a near distance. There’s not a lot of non-seafood restaurants right next to the hotel but a short taxi right away you can find amazing places in the city center. The staff is very friendly, and they even helped us move our luggage to, the Hotel Building on their personal transportation. One of the rooms was a bit smelly so they immediately transferred us to another room. The view from this hotel is killer also! Amazing for the price. Will come back! Just wish they gave us a bathroom mat to step on after a shower.
