Very happy with our stay here. Staff are courteous and helpful. Especially 小慧。 Gave me directions to my destination. Room is spacious. The bath area is thoughtfully designed. No water splashing and seeping onto other areas. There's a smoking area right outside the hotel lobby

The hotel has convenient parking, perfect for self-driving tours. The outdoor parking spaces make it a true garden hotel. The outdoor garden is quite large. It would be great if there were more outdoor recreational facilities (this could be improved) and pavilions. I was worried about whether the renovation would be good, but the rooms and facilities are all brand new, not refurbished, which puts me at ease. The front desk staff patiently answered my questions, and their service attitude is commendable!

This hotel is a truly exceptional experience! It's conveniently located near scenic spots, making it a breeze to explore. Free parking is available, making parking a breeze. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, with many thoughtful touches. The bathrooms have plenty of hot water and consistent water pressure. The staff are friendly and welcoming, with their welcoming smiles, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The hotel restaurant also offers a wide variety of dishes, and the food is excellent. Highly recommended!

Excellent Location: The hotel is situated on Tianshan Road, very close to Jinsha East Road. It offers incredibly convenient access to Shantou High-Speed Rail Station, Vientiane City (MixC Mall), Children's Park, and Zhujiang Road Food Street. This prime location saves you a lot of time, whether you're rushing to catch a train, looking for delicious food, or heading out for some fun. Comfortable Environment: The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was drawn in by its modern and stylish decor. The entire space was spotless and well-maintained, instantly putting me at ease. My room was spacious and bright, the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring I slept wonderfully through the night. What's more, the room offered excellent soundproofing, so there was absolutely no need to worry about being disturbed by outside noise.

A truly satisfying hotel experience! There were so many options for food delivery, and the delivery robot was incredibly fast. Its location is also very convenient for visiting Nanao Island. The room featured a smart, well-designed layout with separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom. The staff were friendly, proactively greeting guests, and maintained excellent attitudes. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

First time to Chaoshan. 5.4 checked into Chaozhou Huaxhui Hotel, and was surprised by the result. Why was everything so bad? 5.5 checked into Atour. I can only say Atour is really my YYDs! And I ate well and slept well in Shantou. I love Shantou people so much. Everyone is so enthusiastic, super nice and friendly, whether it is the driver or the hotel lady and brother! I will come again next time

The hotel environment is warm and comfortable, the sleep is relatively quiet, the staff is very good and serve with a smile. High cost performance, I will stay here again if I have the chance to come to Shantou next time.

Upon check-in, we were provided with complimentary ice. Key card access is required to reach the rooms. The room itself was quite spacious, and the bathroom was thoughtfully designed with separate areas for the toilet, sink, and shower, which was excellent for preventing crowding, especially when using it with children. There's also a gym on the second floor. The hotel boasts an excellent location, situated right at the beginning of Zhujiang Road, making dining incredibly convenient. It's also just about 30 meters away from Shantou Zhuhe Market. The housekeeping staff were very proactive and friendly, always greeting guests warmly. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and highly recommend it! Suggestion: It would be beneficial to add a clothes rack inside the shower area, as it's a bit inconvenient to step out to get dressed after showering.

The stay experience was great! Hotel location is very good. There are beef hot pot restaurants, white porridge seafood shops, and canteens nearby. The hotel has a rich breakfast variety, the buffet dishes are also good, the front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and the room is upgraded. The room is clean and tidy, the bed is particularly comfortable, I will choose here next time.

The property management was excellent, ensuring a very quiet night's sleep. The latex pillows made for an incredibly comfortable and sound sleep all night long. The front desk staff were exceptional; calls were answered immediately. The hotel maintained consistently high standards of cleanliness, and all amenities provided were high-quality, branded, and elegantly simple. The staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive, even patiently helping with route recommendations and local dining suggestions.
