The hotel boasts an excellent location, with a shopping mall and great food nearby, making shopping and dining very convenient. It's also not too far from attractions like the small park. The room was clean and tidy, with just the right amount of space, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The facilities were complete, ensuring maximum comfort during our stay. The hotel is well-connected by public transport, and the service was prompt. The common areas were also well-maintained and clean. With its reasonable price, it's a great choice for a stay.

This hotel was a true gem we discovered on our trip, hands down the best of the entire journey! The staff scheduling is very thoughtful; the morning shift has three lovely ladies who are gentle and patient, while the evening shift is handled by dedicated staff. Breakfast deserves a special mention – the 'kuey teow' (flat rice noodles) was amazing. The food selection is comprehensive, clean, and hygienic. The bedding in the rooms is neat and comfortable, and the parking lot is spacious with plenty of spots, so no stress about parking. The lobby has a pleasant aroma, and the air conditioning temperature is just right. Even the public walkway to the affiliated BBQ restaurant is meticulously clean, with no grease or stains, showing excellent attention to hygiene details. My stay here was fantastic, and I highly recommend this hotel to all my friends in Guangzhou!

The location is super convenient! On the day I arrived, I passed by it on the way from the high-speed rail station to Vientiane City. I stayed here the day before going to Nanao Island and again after returning. Bus 105 is incredibly convenient! How convenient? I could see a notification that the bus was arriving in 1 minute, and still make it to the bus stop in time. There are many great food options nearby. I walked to Xingyun Longfenglou and Guibin Niu Beef Hotpot (both extremely popular places), and it took me less than 15 minutes. There are also lots of delivery options. I ordered pig's trotters rice and preserved fruit via delivery to my room, and the delivery person brought it upstairs, which is much faster than waiting for a robot. Service was excellent. My room was upgraded both days, and the bedding was the most comfortable I've experienced during my entire trip – I fell asleep so quickly! On the day of check-out, I had to catch an early high-speed train, which was outside their operating hours, but they still arranged a car for me. The experience was fantastic! They even gave me a souvenir when I left. Everything was so thoughtful. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shantou!

I booked the Imperial Hotel last minute, and as soon as I arrived, I was told my room had been upgraded for free! It was huge and spacious, with brand new facilities and luxurious decor. They even have a free swimming pool for guests – truly befitting an established five-star hotel. The location is also great, close to Zhujiang Road Food Street, which I actually think has better food than Longquan South Road Food Street. The hotel service was absolutely impeccable, especially our butler. She was incredibly thoughtful and patient, contacting us even before we arrived. Once we were there, she surprised us with local Shantou specialties and toys for the kids. Before we left, she proactively arranged our ride to the high-speed train station. The hotel driver was super fast, getting us from the hotel to the station in just five minutes. Our whole trip was made so much better by staying at the Imperial Hotel; I'll definitely be back here next time I visit Shantou!

This time I stayed at Atour Hotel, which is conveniently located near Shantou High-Speed Railway Station, right next to Zhujiang Road Food Street. I checked in quite late, and there was a minor issue with the air conditioning in my room. The front desk promptly responded and moved me to a different floor. As an Atour member, I received complimentary breakfast for two and got to try Chaoshan Kway Teow. After checking out, I realized I'd forgotten my power cable. I called the hotel's customer service, and they quickly sent it back to me via SF Express. Their service in this regard was really on point. What truly impressed me, having stayed at many Atour hotels, was that the pillows at this Shantou Atour were exceptionally comfortable. I immediately decided to order some for myself, and they've already arrived. I'm currently testing them out!

The hotel is conveniently located about 50 meters from a bus stop, with routes 2 and 6 going directly to the high-speed rail station. The 'Can Meme' fast food restaurant, just around the corner on Huanghe Road, offers convenient and affordable dining options. While the hotel's facilities are just average, the service and cleanliness are excellent, earning it a 5-star rating.

The soundproofing in the hotel room wasn't great. On the first night, we could hear every conversation from both upstairs and downstairs. The facilities also felt a bit old, and the cleanliness could have been more thorough and meticulous. However, all the staff members had excellent service attitudes; they were patient and actively helped resolve issues. A special thank you to the front desk manager and the two female staff members on the morning shift of May 3rd 👍🏻 for sorting out our room problem.

This hotel is located in the heart of Shantou, offering an excellent location. Right downstairs and just inside an alley, you'll find various Chaoshan snacks and beef hotpot restaurants. The Holiday Inn Express maintains consistent quality with comfortable bedding and well-lit rooms. The 24-hour front desk provides attentive service. The breakfast buffet includes local Chaoshan specialties like 'Guo Pin' (rice cakes) and braised dishes. Parking is convenient, making it a great base for a short city trip where you can enjoy both food and sightseeing.

The experience was great, especially the smart home features. The hotel provided a Tmall Genie and automatic curtains, even in the bathroom, which was very convenient to use. They also thoughtfully provided coffee, tea, and a nightcap. The service was also excellent; the staff were warm and attentive. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and was completely satisfied.

The location is good, the rooms are spacious, and the price is reasonable. One thing to note is that there's no elevator to the second-floor rooms, and it would be even better if there were power outlets by the beds. Overall, though, I'm satisfied.
