We had a really great experience staying here as a family group! The rooms were beautiful, spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped — perfect for both rest and relaxation after a full day of exploring. The staff were warm, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile, which made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Also had the making of 红桃糕 experience and we had so much fun! Highly recommend if you are visiting 汕头！

Staffs at the hotel (especially front desk 客服小奕) were really friendly, patience and all ready to help with our queries and requests. Travelling with a group of elderlies were made much easier thanks to them! We really enjoyed our stay there.There is also a Walmart and nice dim sum restaurant 福晋轩酒家(汕头店) nearby :)

As a family with 2 young children, it was pleasant to have two rooms of our desired arrangement that can be connected together via an inside door. The two rooms we booked are both spacious and clean. The decorations were the old-fashioned 90s luxury style. The hotel is opposite a shopping mall and it is easy to reach Walmart and Watson nearby.

Close to the bus station, there are three buses to Shantou Station, super convenient! The front desk service was fast and polite, and the room was upgraded!

In room: large, clean, well sleep, tea and water, ,no refrigerator, no coffee, room no.5019 no city view. In elevator: not clean, bad smell cause of smoking 5 fl.Corridor: beautiful, large , It's the best,if no smoking Overall is good.

I stayed for 8 nights in the hotel and I’m really surprised by how spacious rooms were that I can even dance in it!! Hotel staff were nice, the cleaning lady was even nicer and always cleaned our room everyday. Food deliveries are super convenient here and safe as they deliver it via the robots (super cute) and the whole room can be controlled by AI (great for lazy people). Location wise it was a good central place near the famous spots in Swatow, food wise not so much choices around the area. The hotel customers staying at the hotel were super noisy, thank god that the rooms were pretty much sound proof. Don’t recommend getting the breakfast at the hotel because it was quite distasteful… Hotel customers were rude and didn’t have etiquette at the dining place so It’s highly recommended to order food delivery for breakfast.

We chose this hotel as it was near a lot of eateries. As expected, this is a fuss-free hotel with all the basic amenities that one needs for a smooth travel. Room size was generous, toilet was spacious and towels were clean. The hotel is situated directly above a wet market, so do ask for a high floor in order not to hear the pounding sounds of the butcher's knife.

Staff 瑞辰 😊went above and beyond by accommodating our request for a late checkout, which perfectly fit our schedule before heading to the airport. The lobby and room had a pleasant, refreshing smell that made the atmosphere even more welcoming. Another great convenience was the DIY laundry service on the 4th floor, which was very useful during our stay. Good variety of breakfast selections as well. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and outstanding hospitality. I would definitely stay here again!

We have booked 4 rooms for this trip with my family. Hotel location is very close to the Shantou Station and there are many shopping malls nearby. It is convenient by taking taxi to any sightseeing locations. The staff is helpful and the breakfast buffet has good enough choice. Although the hotel is not very big, all the necessary items are available and fine. Hope they can keep and maintain the hygiene as good as possible. If I visit China, Orange Hotel is my choice to stay.

I stayed for 5 days this time. Every time I come to Shantou, I will stay in Vienna. The bed is really comfortable. It is very friendly to me, who is very particular about the bed. I chose this hotel mainly because it is near the high-speed railway station. However, I found that the old station was newly built, which caused the road to this hotel to be closed. Fortunately, there is a shuttle bus to take you to the high-speed railway, which is quite convenient. I think the facilities are relatively new in Vienna. The hygiene is very good. The aunt comes to clean every day. The service is also good. You can contact the front desk on WeChat to make an appointment for a car. It is also very convenient to store things. I still want to say that the bed is too comfortable. It is also the first or second among the many Vienna hotels I have stayed in. The pillow is also very soft. It is really comfortable to lie down after a tiring day. It is a pity that the breakfast is a bit average, but there are a lot of fruits and they are relatively fresh. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Shantou.
