The hotel is brand new and beautiful! The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was also fantastic! But what truly stood out was the service. The hotel staff were excellent, and Ella, from customer service, was absolutely amazing! She contacted us a day before our arrival to understand our check-in preferences and arranged a room with a beautiful view for us. Her attentive, thoughtful, and enthusiastic service throughout our stay made our family trip truly delightful. We left with a wonderful impression of Shantou city! In Shantou, we also got to savor some incredibly delicious hotpot, 'sheng yan' (local raw seafood dish), and various other local snacks! I would highly recommend staying at the Shantou Marriott Hotel to all my friends and family. A huge thank you again to Ella for her exceptional service! Jacky provided excellent service. The Zhugang New City branch offers sea view rooms with stunning panoramic views of Shantou's Inner Bay. The rooms are spacious and feature smart technology, and the hotel even has smart robots. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

This time, I helped my friend from out of town choose this ♋️Cancer. The space is very spacious, the duplex has a height of 5 meters, and the large floor-to-ceiling window has a good view. The overall style is a little fresh☘️. The room is fully equipped and suitable for lazy people to move in directly. The 🚻small details of this hotel are well done. Even the toilet has a built-in intelligent constant temperature function. It is also equipped with various daily necessities such as makeup remover, facial cleanser, makeup remover cotton... Very considerate, the overall experience is good

This newly opened hotel is very nice. The room is very clean, with large floor-to-ceiling windows. The view from the upper floors is great, and the experience is great! The bed is removable, just right for a family of four! The front desk service is very good. During the National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival holidays, my brother won an invisible Yinggewu doll in a blind box draw, which was super fun. 🥳 If the breakfast variety could be more diverse, I will choose this hotel again next time (the picture is not related to the review)

I had a wonderful stay at Yuhouse High Altitude Sea View Loft Apartment (Shantou High-Speed Railway Station Branch) with my family. We booked a total of six rooms, and all of them were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The facilities were excellent, and the breathtaking sea view made our stay even more enjoyable. Even though we never met the staff in person, their service was still excellent. They responded quickly to our inquiries via WeChat, which made the check-in process and overall stay smooth and convenient. The only slight drawback was the location, which was average in terms of accessibility. However, this did not significantly affect our overall experience. Overall, we truly enjoyed our trip as a family and would highly recommend this place for those looking for a clean, well-equipped, and comfortable stay with a beautiful view!

Highly recommended! It’s an excellent hotel make you feel warm and relaxed like you are at home. Service was good, environment was clean but the toilet door can’t lock. Overall I really enjoyed the hotel room and definitely will book for my next trip when I am in China again!

第一次來汕頭，在車上就按照朋友的要求——訂個好一點的，有特色的新酒店，手機上看照片起來挺好的，就是找酒店費了點時間，地下室太大了，轉了一會才找上來。漂亮的大堂和房間，很舒服！一半的價格可以體驗和五星級的萬豪幾乎一樣的景色值了！體驗超讚就是起的太晚沒趕上早餐，下次一定早點起來吃😂😂

We arrived at the hotel early and arranged luggage storage before we could check into the room. Then we set out to find food! Shantou cuisine is indeed worthy of its reputation. You can have a cup of Chaoshan Kung Fu tea and more delicious snacks on Longyan South Road. There are also shops for buying souvenirs, which is very convenient. Including small parks and old town attractions, they are not far from where I live by taxi. When I'm hungry at night, I order takeout and watch variety shows in the room. It's really a refreshing living experience. The room is warmly decorated with full of details. The furniture is also very high-end. The bedding is very comfortable, and there are also matching disposable items, which makes it safe to use.
