6 of us stayed 4 nights at this hotel. This hotel very clean & staff were very professional and courteous. Must highlight the front office staff especially this gentleman Mr Liang Liao very cheerful & helpful.We also booked their van service for 2 days. One day one of member not feeling well thus she didn't went for tour. We were impressed by this driver who rang the hotel staff to help us to keep an eye on our friend. The hotel even provide porridge for her. This shown how caring your staff is. They go for extra miles to take care their clients. Please convey our appreciations to them. We will strongly recommend anyone who come to Shunde to stay at this wonderful hotel.

Super good location that within walking distance to the most famous food street in Shantou -- 龙眼南路. It is also just a stone throw away from 2 major shopping centers -- MixC and Suning. EXCELLENT STAFFS & SUPER PROMPT SERVICE 👍💫🏆🥇✨️ -- they know we are not from China and offering us to add their WeChat for easier communication..Room service any enquiry, juat need to send them WeChat message and they will get it settled. Making our stay very convenient and peace of mind. Not to forget they have free laundry and simple free supper too! And I really love the scent of the hotel. NICE and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ♥️

Good hotel in good location. Very easy to get around. Famous LongYanNan Street just across the main road. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Friendly front desk staff. Thanks for the little souvenir, really appreciate it. The desserts are cute & yummy.

Location of the hotel is great, near to small park. However, room 321 is having a stench piping smell when we entered the room, also, we realised level 3 being the top level of the hotel, the room is located under a residential unit. The unit is banging with tools when we checked in at 9pm plus, and started ”making noise” from early morning, this was not very pleasant! Luckily we wanted to wake up early to start our day, else it is real distabance. The room door needs to close very heavily else the warning sound will keep beeping - this seems like a ”faulty quality door”, how can guests be banging to close the door every now and then, it will be so disturbing to other guests who might be resting. Nice that the hotel extended our check out till 1pm. Thanks for that.

The hotel is right next to the Nanjing Hotel, a building built in the Republic of China. Downstairs is the M check-in point, a few minutes away from Shantou Hotel and Zhongshan Pavilion, and next door is the post office. The rice noodle rolls, souvenirs, and seafood porridge recommended by the store are very authentic. It is very quiet and clean, with sufficient air conditioning, and there is a coffee bar in the lobby. It exceeded expectations and I will recommend it to my friends.

Good: location . Nearby has alot of tradition eateries. Lotus. Beside has dessert ahop. Below hotel has a tour agency so you  can plan with them after you reach. Room is clean. Staff is helpful . Daily toiletries are top up daily and room clean daily . Oppoaite lotus that stretch inside has alot of food… price is cheaper for food at This area.  Eat goose and steam rolls… beef noodle soup… traditional teochew food!  Hotel has washing machine cum dryer . Please had didi apps to call cab… taking cab to MIXC area only 10-12 RMB. Cheap !  Can be improved : aircon not cold for me .. choose non smoking floor  alao. Water ahower pressure can be better .  Overall. A good experience . I stay 10 years ago and now o stay again. The hotel did improve on its internal decoration and design .

Got a complimentary upgrade for one room, but another room have a constant cigarette smell. Service is great, customer service is available 24/7 on WeChat and highly responsive! Location is great, can travel to most tourist spots within 15min ride. Overall would recommend!

The hotel is in a great location and can easily reach everywhere.   The hotel service is very good, especially the reception counter and restaurant staff.  They were very helpful and friendly.  Its hotel robot (Xiao du) is also very efficient and friendly.  We will definitely be back.

Who in the family understands! The homestay we stayed in this time was simply amazing✨! As soon as we walked in, we were struck by the super healing Instagram-style decoration, with ”take a photo” written in every corner📸! The bed was so soft that it felt like sinking into a cloud, and even sleeping in had a legitimate reason~ The boss was super enthusiastic. Not only did he recommend the locals' private food map🗺️, he could also help with takeout, and he could help with refrigeration when we bought specialties! There is a beef hotpot downstairs🥘, and the Vientiane City is next to it, which is convenient for transportation. You can take a walk after shopping and eating at night🌃, and the experience is directly maximized! My dears, listen to my advice and come to live here! ! 🌟
