Lavande International Apartment (Vientiane City West Tower) Reviews

Difficulty in checking in, no receptionist to help, we got stuck in the security area. Room seems old Ceiling height on top is quite low.

Went to the address listed on Trip and it was a closed room in a commercial building with a sign hung on the door saying that they were "out for delivery, will be back soon" and a WeChat contact. I added the WeChat but they didn't respond, so I called the property via Trip, then they finally responded. Not really clean (stains on walls, dust on floor, hair in bathroom). It was expensive due to the Qingming Festival holiday... Location was really good though, next to the mixc mall. The English property name on Trip (Lavande) is misleading. It is not "Lavande" (麗枫) but "Dongfeng" (東枫), as printed on their towels. Doesn't seem to be related to the Lavande hotel chain.

The Apartment is located at Shopping Malls with lots of restaurants choices. Easily access to DiDi to sight seeing and rooms are clean and spacious.

The staff is really friendly, the apartment is clean and spacious, very close by to the mall. Highly recommended! 👍🏻

The room is clean and tidy, close to the food street, within walking distance, convenient location, complete surrounding facilities, and a lot of snacks. It is worth recommending.

This loft homestay experience was great! The room is stylishly decorated, the space layout is reasonable, and the upper and lower floors are designed with a sense of hierarchy. The rest area upstairs is quiet and comfortable, the bedding is clean and tidy, and the sleep quality is excellent. The activity space downstairs is spacious and fully equipped with sofas and coffee tables, making it a very pleasant place to relax. Moreover, the house has excellent lighting and is spotlessly clean. The landlord's service is considerate, communication is smooth, and the various facilities are introduced in detail. The surrounding transportation is convenient and the living facilities are complete. Come again next time!

It's right on the top of Vientiane City Tower, not far from anywhere. Takeaway food can be delivered directly to your door. You no longer have to worry about forgetting to bring your room card when you enter the room with the password. The cleaning lady was very nice and careful.

Environment: In a commercial and residential building without a front desk, there are various shops as soon as we get out of the elevator on the floor where we live. There is a men's hair removal service next to the room. The overall feeling is messy. Hygiene: The hygiene conditions are worrying. The toothbrush cup has a peculiar smell, there are stains on the wall, and the water on the bathroom floor after taking a shower will accumulate in the place where there is no floor drain. Service: The service is the worst. There was no text message or phone call before check-in to remind you which room to check in. There was no front desk reception and you could only contact them on site. After adding WeChat to check in, I couldn't find the person anymore. No one responded to my calls. I don't recommend staying here.

A family of four, two large beds, the children especially like the upstairs, it's pretty good.

The lady at the front desk called me and introduced some fun and delicious places in Shantou. It's also convenient to check in. I called and added WeChat and sent the room number and password directly. I didn't need to go to the front desk. The lady on the phone was also very gentle. Although I haven't met her, I think she should be very beautiful from her voice. The Mixc is downstairs. The lady also introduced a local place for morning tea. Although there are many people, it's really delicious. It was a very satisfying trip. If I have a chance to come to Shantou, I will come to this place again. The room is very spacious

The apartment is located in China Resources Building next to the Mixc. It is very convenient to go to the surrounding attractions. The facilities are complete, the environment is good, the view is good, everything is good! ! !
