Overall, excellent experience for 5 nights. Staff are friendly and ready to help. House keeping, though, can be sometimes too lazy to change the bed cover and blanket and pillow cover. So, it is important to stay in room to watch them so that they would do the job properly

The room assigned is on the second floor facing the main road, which makes it a bit noisy. The room does not seem to be well maintained and there are visible mold seen on the corner of the shower room. The door of the room is not functioning well either. Quite a different experience than the one I had when I stayed at this hotel in the different wing of the building

Overall the hotel is pretty worn-out. The room doesnt feel so clean, the pillows were messy when i checked in. Location is ok, around 10 minutes to terminal 21 and there's convenient stores nearby. The good part is the AC is strong and the water temperature and pressure is good.

I made a late-night booking, close to midnight, for a single-bed room. However, when I arrived, the reception informed me that the room type I had booked was not available. There was no apology or compensation offered—just a suggestion to cancel if I wasn’t okay with it, since it was a promotional rate. I found this quite disappointing and unprofessional. On the positive side, the air conditioning worked well, the water pressure in the bathroom was strong, and the room was reasonably clean.

I had a really good stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff were polite and friendly throughout. The facilities were also quite good. Would definitely consider staying again.
