I stayed for 8 nights in the hotel and I’m really surprised by how spacious rooms were that I can even dance in it!! Hotel staff were nice, the cleaning lady was even nicer and always cleaned our room everyday. Food deliveries are super convenient here and safe as they deliver it via the robots (super cute) and the whole room can be controlled by AI (great for lazy people). Location wise it was a good central place near the famous spots in Swatow, food wise not so much choices around the area. The hotel customers staying at the hotel were super noisy, thank god that the rooms were pretty much sound proof. Don’t recommend getting the breakfast at the hotel because it was quite distasteful… Hotel customers were rude and didn’t have etiquette at the dining place so It’s highly recommended to order food delivery for breakfast.

1. A lot of hair at the entrance 2. There is hair under the TV 3. There is a black mark on the toilet seat. I sprayed disinfectant and wiped it off with force 4. The towel is dirty 5. There are only plastic slippers in the picture, no disposable slippers 6. The washing machine prompted an error halfway through washing, wasting 1 hour 7. The door of the laundry room cannot be opened with the door card. I went up and down to the front desk three times, but it was not solved 8. Around 8-9 in the morning, there was a loud intercom sound at the door, which lasted for at least one minute and woke me up directly 9. The sound insulation is not good. I can still hear the door closing at 2-3 in the middle of the night, at least 7-8 times The lobby and corridor environment look OK, but the details are a mess. The bathroom faucet switch and adjustment switch are all covered with white dirt, the floor is dirty, and the bathroom is moldy. These can be barely ignored, but the above 9 points are unacceptable as a hotel charging around 350 in the off-season.

First stay CHECK IN was very satisfied, the room felt good, but the two large windows are no view windows, projection facilities are not convenient enough TV, the bed is also large enough spacious!

There is a self-service washing machine which is very convenient. The robot can also deliver food. It is quite intelligent and comprehensive. The bedding is also quite comfortable. I would like to make a suggestion. The pillow can have an adjustable function. This one is too soft.

The room is big. The king room is a glass room, which is a bit cold. Everything else is good. There is free parking. Parking is fun and the car can go very high. Recommend this hotel.

But I would like to make a suggestion. I stayed for two days and had breakfast for two days and found that no one came to check the tickets for the buffet breakfast! The breakfast itself is rich and delicious! But there is no ticket checking process, and anyone can come in. This is unfair to customers who have paid for breakfast! I hope it will be improved! Otherwise, why should I spend more than 100 yuan on the room fee?

This is my second visit. Unfortunately, this time the hotel does not have air conditioning, only heating. The indoor temperature is close to 27 degrees and I cannot sleep at all. The reply from the reception desk is that this is the case in every room. The air conditioning system is central and cannot be changed. We finally managed to change rooms, but there was still no improvement. We had to stay hot all night😓

Room facilities: The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and all kinds of facilities are complete. The laundry room and gym are very good. Disadvantages 1. Sound insulation effect: There are always planes roaring overhead in Shantou during the day, which can't be helped. Generally speaking, the sound insulation is good.
