The inn is near the gate around 5mnts walking distance, near to square market also, the room is clean and spacious, have electric blanket and portable heater so no worries if you travel in winter season, the owner can speak english and very helpful, they help me to book day trip to Balagezong without extra charges. the view around the inn very beautiful as you can see the town from second floor.

We had an amazing stay! The location is perfect and the heating in the cabin is good, even though it was snowing outside. The facilities are really modern too. The owners are super kind people who have helped us out with the booking of day trips, and they are really attentive overal. I would definitely recommend this place

The location is very strategic, close to the old town..I highly recommend staying here because the accommodation is very aesthetic, easy to find, the amenities is completed and close to the main road. Besides that, the owner is also very friendly and helpful.

The owner arranged for transport to pick us up from Shangrila train station and he waited by the main road to carry our luggages to the homestay. Honestly, if one is expecting a glamorous place, this isn't but it does give a quaint, homey, country vibe which we adored. It's located in Dukezong ancient city and touring the ancient city is a breeze. Dukezong is a hive of activity, plenty to see, eat and buy. There are communal dancing and performances at the city's several gathering squares. Let the music leads you.....

A simple yet sufficient accomodation option. We stayed in the middle of the town on our first two days in Shangri-la, which we found to be a bit noisy during the night time. Then we found this place, like some others mentioned, 5 minutes walking distance from the town square (四方街）yet secluded enough to give us the quietness much needed during night time. The owner 仁德君 is also a very helpful person. Overall, I would recommend this place if you are looking for conveniency, and quietness, a place with great views yet not too pricey, then this is definitely the go to place.

I like the smart toilet, the seat is alway warm, auto cleaning. Owner very nice guy, help carry our luggage to and from. The bed have electric warming, very comfortable especially morning 10 degrees

It's good but for the price there are some two big issues: 1. It is extremely cold. Though you can sleep well for the thermal blanket the room is uncomfortably cold 2. The shower really floods all the bathroom and some of the room. Unacceptable, you can't shower without knowing you won't be able to use the bathroom for a while. Despite this 2 things, the place is beautiful and the owners really nice. Though it's really expensive for having those two big problems

Beautiful little wooden hostel, double rooms with en suite kettle TV, good heater and electric blankets keep it cosy despite very thin rickety wooden windows and walls!, friendly owners and excellent location

Very nice homestay of a cute Chinese couple! The room is very spacious and comfortable. Heating blankets and water is provided. The exterior of the place is very lovely decorated and with lots of flowers and a nice terrace to go to have a view of the city! Location is great! Very well walkable to all the spots! Highly recommend.

The guesthouse is beautiful and the owner is a nice guy. Rooms are big enough, but there are some inconveniences. Door and window don’t close properly and even from the wall there are several drafts that keep the room cold. When the night is -10° it’s an issue… small heater and electric blanket provided and eventually you can stay warm enough. No towels, just paper disposable one that barely cover yourself when you get out the shower. In general I suggest the place, but should be improved. Location very good though

This place was great. Close to everything, but far enough to not be noisy. The owners are very friendly and enthusiastic. Bed, pillows, room are comfortable and clean. An electric blanket is provided. The shower was the best part. Hot water and good pressure. Highly recommend this place.
