買的1999含雙早套餐，趁着來上海辦事順便體驗了一番。
【辦理入住】前一天酒店有人聯繫，問了預計到達時間，我説12點多或1點多。知道這些大酒店一般都要3點才能入住，不過既然酒店問了，還是抱有一點期待。事實證明，還是不能期待太高，12點到酒店，果不其然房間沒有打掃好，先辦了入住，好了之後電話通知。到南京東路轉了一圈、吃了午飯，2點40左右才聯繫我，所以何必多此一舉還要打電話問我呢。延遲退房需要第二天早上確認，我們是延遲到1點左右退房的，前台很爽快答應了，這一點好評。
【酒店環境】酒店就在蘇州河邊上，地理位置和環境絕對沒話説，我定的基礎房型豪華大床房，也有六七十平，衞生間乾濕分離，戴森吹風機，酒店窗外可以看到東方明珠和外灘三件套。Mini bar的東西都要收費，之前看評論註冊會員可以免費享受，現在可能沒有這個活動了，問了前台的一個小夥子，就簡單跟我説裏面有個黑色皮冊有收費明細，嗯，我知道了、健身房和泳池在4樓，泳池比較小，沒去體驗，可能是10米或15米的池子，健身房裡有氧區、力量區、瑜伽室、跳繩區挺全的，設施絕對夠用，窗外就是蘇州河風景。離天潼路地鐵站大概800米，走路七八分鐘，中途還會路過郵政博物館，打車也方便。酒店晚上還有夜床服務，送了兩瓶水。入住那天是三八婦女節送了一片面膜，不過我和媽媽兩個人入住，應該送兩片就更好了，哈哈。
【早餐體驗】早餐是半自助式，週末早上6點半到11點。單點餐品有15種，分為滬式精選、中式精選、西式精選。三明治系列的都比較一般，牛奶煎餅和華夫餅不錯，撒的糖粉有點多了。上海鍋貼底部還是煎的比較脆了，從上面看像白白的蒸餃，不是特別能勾起人的食慾，比較喜歡南京牛肉鍋貼那種全部金黃燦燦的。10點左右去的，粢飯卷、法式吐司等好幾個都沒了，還好不是大胃王，也吃不下了。除了單點餐品，也有自助取餐區，水果很新鮮，菜品不多，尤其蛋白質類除了雞蛋、早餐腸之外幾乎就沒什麼其他選擇了，不怎麼吃生食，所以有煙燻三文魚也不咋吃得慣，還有蝦餃和鳳爪，出品一般。葱油麪很好吃，量也大，女生可以囑咐麪量少一點。主要還是吃的環境和氛圍吧，中途也會有人來推銷酒店套餐，觀感稍稍有點不好，建議還不如發個宣傳單，顧客自己有空可以看看，感興趣自己掃碼下單，工作人員在旁邊介紹，也不能特別詳細瞭解。
總體而言感覺還是很不錯的，房間很大，視野開闊，床品舒適，服務方面希望繼續提升改進一下，值得推薦。
