Checked in at 10pm on Saturday night. Pros: 1. Nice room, nice environment. 2. The room I booked was not good, so the front desk warmly upgraded it. Cons: Management professionalism, security attitude is too low. The first room only had the air conditioner turned on, and the whole room was out of power in less than 20 minutes, cold and dark. I called the front desk, and the front desk said the security guard would come to fix it, but no one came for more than ten minutes. I called again and said they were coming soon. The security guard came and told me that it was normal for you to wait for ten minutes. Haha, is it normal to be so cold and dark? Other hotels must arrange guests first before you fix it? The security guard reinserted the card and said that it could not be fixed, and notified me to change rooms and asked me to pack up. Late check-out, they said it could be delayed to 1pm at night, the next day the front desk staff changed, they disagreed, check-out at 12pm, overtime will charge 30 yuan/hour, they said it was fine at night, but changed again.
