南京路上寸土寸金的地段上三百一晚不過分，但是衞生是在不過關，而且設施也和宣傳的不符，圖片裏有洗衣機但是房間裏卻沒有，電腦的配置也不一樣

Location is excellent, room are clean however tv is not working. There is no dryer for clothes. reception as neutral as I do not have any interaction with them.
Common area looks deserted. no one take care of the common area.
