A pleasant surprise. Located in the middle of the beautiful countryside area near Zhujiajiao ancient town and Dianshan Lake, this zen design hotel is ideal to guests who want comfort while experiencing the typical Chinese countryside. Nice breakfast. Polite and nice staff who waited for us to arrive even if at late night . Even a goodbye gift at the end of the stay!

Very nice and lovely tiny hotel ! Staff are super friendly ! Swimming pool is great for kids ….. room are very clean . We booked 2 small rooms closed to the pool with village view . Very cute ! Breakfast is great ! Coffee is delicious….. we will come back !

Excellent service, great option for pet owners

My husband and I had an AMAZING time at Village Stay. The accommodation is located in a very quaint village surrounded by beautiful nature to go for a walk, bike or boat ride. The design of the place is very nicely done, both indoor and outdoor. The food is out of this world: best Shanghai fare we have had and very healthy. The coffee they serve is also of excellent quality. There is a lovely pool to be enjoyed and apart from that, the room contains everything you could wish for when staying at a hotel. The owners and other staff is very helpful and above all, very friendly. I 100% recommend this hotel to others and can hopefully come back in the future. The best thing of all is that it is located in Shanghai but that it feels that you’re very far from the busy city life!

Highly recommended for a short escape from Shanghai, and to savour the unspoiled nature of this village! A wonderful weekend getaway!

There is nothing wrong with it except that it is expensive. Driving requires tests everywhere.

I used to visit Qingxi Country Park and liked the environment here. I often ate at several farmhouses nearby and waited for the B&B I liked to open. Finally, my child's competition was nearby, so I booked this B&B. The dinner housekeeper communicated the menu in advance. The dinner presentation was no different from that of a five-star hotel, and the taste was good. The B&B rooms were very thoughtful, and details such as Dyson hair dryers were taken into consideration. It was a family trip with opposite-sex parents and children. It was a bit embarrassing that the bathroom was not covered. If there was no door, a curtain could be installed. There was no bathroom door in the Liangzhu Junlan Hotel in Hangzhou, but there was a curtain. The B&B can also replenish children's toothbrushes and slippers, and these small purchases would not be too much trouble. When leaving the B&B, the housekeeper also gave away local eggs.

The rooms are quite large in this B&B. Except that the rural environment is too primitive and the ecological transformation is average, everything else is good.

From the check-in experience, dining, accommodation environment and super thoughtful service, this is a homestay that I will definitely check in for the second time. The staff are very enthusiastic, the chef's cooking skills are beyond reproach (the river eel with rock sugar and candied dates must be eaten!!!), the portion of the dishes is large, two people have three dishes, and they can't finish them at all. If you want to eat it in the evening, they will immediately help you wrap it up and heat it up in the evening. I wanted to go to the ancient town in the evening and couldn't get a taxi, so the staff immediately drove me there. The driver drove to the wrong place on the way back, and the housekeeper was called to solve it immediately. The public area is very good, and the homestay itself is in Qingxi Country Park. If you want to go out, you can walk along the lakeside, which is a natural oxygen bar. When you check in and check out, the driver will be arranged to pick you up to the subway station, and a box of local eggs will be given before leaving, which is happy. If there is a shortcoming, the boat motor for picking water plants in the morning is super loud. Highly recommended for friends who want to temporarily escape the fast pace of the city~

The environment is great, but some rooms are so crowded that you have to walk two steps to get to the door. The restaurant is delicious and the breakfast is very satisfying. The bed downstairs in the parent-child room is easy to hit your head

The overall feeling is very good, quiet and comfortable. The hardware facilities show that the owner is a very particular person. The swimming pool is a big plus, the children had a lot of fun. In addition, it is worthy of being called a "Michelin B&B" and the taste is really great. I had lunch on the first day and lunch on the second day at this home. The room was very clean. I chose a pool room. It was great to go directly into the pool! The food was also very delicious and worth a try. I had breakfast and lunch~ The service was very warm and they answered all my questions and responded to all my requests. Among the surrounding B&Bs, this one looked the best at least from the outside~~~
