酒店離婁山關地鐵口不遠，酒店內設施基本滿足要求，比較乾淨，訂的特價房，價格真香，能在上海內環訂到這個價格，真的沒想到，超值，這家酒店是朋友介紹的，看起來酒店生意還不錯，應該是比較有口碑的酒店，回頭客很多

Loved the location so close to Suzhou creek. A bit of a walk to metro and inside metro, but a pretty walk inside. Room was comfortable clean and staff were very good and friendly.

I have stayed at this hotel for 20 times. The attitude of the male receptionist last night was really bad 😅😅😅 My Ctrip rating is always good + old customer, and my room type is basically upgraded except on holidays. But last night, when I checked in at around 10 o'clock and there were rooms available, I was refused to be upgraded or refunded. . . I also run a hotel. If I had such a front desk, I would have closed down long ago.
