一次很可怕的入住體驗
瑞吉！萬豪旗下的五星級酒店！如此貴的價格！
太可怕了 用他們經理的原話“這是一次災難性的入住體驗” 是的！
首先check in的時候等了二十多分鐘 並且告知房間沒有收拾好臨時需要換房間。
第二天晚上回到房間，發現一大堆不知道是乾淨還是臟的毛巾打包丟在我們行李箱裏麪！（我的行李箱放在衣帽間的行李架是，打開的） 他們把一堆毛巾丟在我們衣服裏面！真的太過分了 這是什麼品質的工作人員
第三天 房間停電！ 電工來維修的時候説我們需要把這裏打電鑽… 建議我們還是換個房間吧…
不得不吐槽 這裏的管理真的是很讓人不舒服
而且溝通上真的很有問題，所謂的管家，表面工作，實則沒有任何作用…
太失望了 太無語

I enjoyed my stay at St. Regis Shanghai Jing’an very much. The hotel is very beautiful and the service is very professional and attentive. The rooms are comfortable and the bathroom and coffee & tea amenities are very good. Nice selection in the minibar as well. The cleanliness of the room was perfect. Location is also very convenient. Highly recommend!
