Bad experience,the female manager has terrible interpersonal skills and character. If she can't speak properly, she should just keep her mouth shut.

We chose Capella for our first visit to Shanghai. Truly, it is a charming and supremely tranquil hotel in the heart of the city. The warmth and eagerness of the staff to assist us left us deeply moved. Every detail in our villa was meticulously and elegantly arranged, from the placement of the slippers to the absolutely silent light switches. We've stayed in many luxurious hotels and received beautiful luggage tags upon checkout, but the farewell gift from Capella left an impression far warmer and more memorable in our hearts. A truly elegant and exquisite experience.

For my birthday, I stayed at a Shikumen hotel, reminiscing about Shanghai. I was very satisfied. They even gave me a piece of chocolate cake, for which I express my deep gratitude. The service was also very attentive. Shikumen architecture, a symbol of Shanghai's modern civilization, has undergone historical changes that are closely linked to the city's development.

The Shikumen-style garden villa is truly stunning, and my mom loved it. It has five floors. Our housekeeper, Lynn, was incredibly welcoming and promptly attended to any requests. Breakfast was available in the restaurant or delivered to the room. The pork pan-fried buns and spring rolls were delicious! Afternoon tea was served daily with a carefully selected cake from the French bakery. The lemon tart was incredibly sweet and sour. The evening cocktails were also incredibly flavorful. I'll definitely go for the French dining experience next time I have the chance.
