Very satisfied. The only drawback was that after checking out, a staff member called the hotel on their mobile phone to ask if we were staying longer. They said no one answered the phone and that their deposit had not been refunded. This call disturbed us while we were on our next trip. The hotel's internal communication needs improvement.

It's amazing! It's the tallest hotel in the world, overlooking the whole of Shanghai. The hotel facilities and environment are high-end, and there are free drinks in the minibar. I counted 30 bottles of wine and drinks. The breakfast is the best I've had in recent years. It's very convenient to go everywhere. It's the first choice for high-altitude hotels.

We stayed at the hotel on a family trip to explore Shanghai. The hotel is located in the best place in the city, in the tallest skyscraper. The rooms have a fantastic view. The level of service is high. The breakfast is delicious, varied, and very aesthetically decorated. We felt incredibly comfortable in the hotel thanks to the support of Ogulbike Sayalova, who became our assistant in traveling around Shanghai, gave the most valuable recommendations and did everything to make us feel as comfortable as possible in the hotel and in Shanghai. Thanks to the hotel for having a wonderful and sensitive Ogulbike, who speaks Russian, working there.
