酒店位置好，地鐵打車出行都特別方便。酒店設施一流，裝修設計高大上，房間寬敞明亮整潔智能，禮賓熱情相迎，幫助送行李箱到客房。前台服務態度好，快速辦理入住和退房。退房時還贈送一套明信片做伴手禮。講解人員引領客人蔘觀酒店，耐心細緻，講解到位。客房服務到位，睡前給客户鋪淋浴間地墊，並送上耳塞。
大堂吧雙人禮遇:入住客人免費享用。房間迷你吧非酒精飲料及啤酒:很多，還有歡迎水果。101層大堂吧和120層俯瞰外灘一覽眾山小。觀東方明珠塔，萬國建築羣，金茂大廈，環球中心位置絕佳。101層早餐品種豐富，美味有特色。非常完美的入住體驗！

電話説天際大床跟祥雲的區別是祥雲可以看到江景，然後多出了費用定了祥雲還是景色還是城景，電話詢問後又變部分是江景了，唯一遺憾就是奔着江景夜色房去的沒看到。

衞生和環境是沒的説，如此特點鮮明的酒店也很難做的不好，房間很寬敞，小朋友玩的很開心。服務方面，態度也都可以，但不知道是不是因為要面對大量去餐廳以及登高參觀的非酒店客人，説不清什麼地方感覺總還是欠了一點點，畢竟是至少四五千一晚的酒店，自然期待會高一些。這一點不如老牌的高檔酒店集團。因為是帶小朋友來玩兒，住的並不久，在酒店特點的加持下，整體感受是不錯的，但如果是定位高端的話，服務還有空間
