房間很大，而且空間也高，已經住過好幾次了，服務相當好，早餐環境特別喜歡，俯瞰黃浦江，心情愉悦，就是房間淋浴蓬頭一直有點問題，跟酒店反應了積極主動快速地處理了，總體上還是非常不錯，下次還會入住

Dreamy!
A spectacular hotel from every point of view, surrounded by a professionalism and kindness that you rarely have the fortune to encounter.
Riccardo the manager of the Italian restaurant was our point of reference, an Italian guy who was helpful, kind and super competent. He immediately put us at ease and was by our side throughout our stay.
Breakfast and afternoon tea were super varied.
I highly recommend the Italian restaurant.
