Novotel Shanghai Qingpu Excellence

房間很棒，乾淨衞生，隔音好，夜晚不吵，停車方便，地下車庫很空。前台在3樓，服務好，前台幾個小夥子都很好，態度讓人滿意。

各方面服務都不錯，後面致電酒店諮詢水單事宜的時候，Nancy給了很大的幫助，非常感謝！後續再有到青浦的時候還會再訂這裏。

This is the third time I have stayed at the Novotel Shanghai Excellence Qingpu District. The hotel front desk is on the 3rd floor. From check-in to check-out, the entire service gives people a very comfortable and cozy feeling. The staff is professional in attitude. It can be seen that they have received professional training, have excellent comprehensive quality, and are responsible for customers. This is also my first choice hotel every time I come to Qingpu. I give a good review and hope that the hotel staff can keep it up.

去崑山出差多次入住這裏，和前一次相比多了會説英語的服務員，記得上次國外的同事在辦理入住時還用翻譯軟件來溝通，這次便利多了，但是房間內大都沒有小冰箱，水果或者冰凍飲料就沒法存放了，還有質直飲水，總感覺沒有瓶裝水乾淨，希望能有改善吧
