Das Hotel liegt super zentral am People's Square. Sie Zimmer sind sehr modern ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Und auch das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Für einen Aufenthalt in Shanghai ein wirklich tolles Hotel und nur zu empfehlen.

Perfect location, within 5min walking distance from People's Park, which connects to the 2 airports and main speed train stations through direct Metro lines. Rooms are simple but clean, beds are comfortable, the family room had no windows but we knew about it and it was neither stuffy nor smelly, so all good. There was enough space for everyone and 2 big pieces of luggage. Staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. "Breakfast included" option is actually a RMB 20 voucher for a restaurant across the street, and since it's possible to pay cash there, it does not really add anything, in our view. Would we book at Youli again, when we come back to Shanghai? Most definitely YES !!

Good location in the city center, friendly reception, good bed, awesome toilet.
Room service is mediocre, toothbrush only on request, shampoo in the room was not replenished, tea was not replenished, small things but not pleasant. The walls in the room need to be repainted, very dirty.
