我和我男朋友在上海四鑽酒店住了好多家了，這是住的最差的一個酒店。欺騙消費者，我明明定的豪華高級大床房到了給我安排一個拐角窗，圖片下面對比大家可以看。去換房跟我説沒有了，我無語至極，定這個房的客人沒來呢都不留直接給別人的嗎？前台處理事情極差，沒有任何補償，定的帶套餐夜宵的啥也沒有，前台啥也沒告知，最差的前台兩個女的，一副無所謂的樣子。一點補償沒有，早餐也一塌糊塗，隔音隔音效果巨差。從來沒住過這麼差的酒店永遠不會再來了。欺騙消費者，真想打12315投訴
