I've been a fan of Yifei since the special rates during the pandemic. I love the thoughtful touches like coffee, hair dryers, and smart screens. I can't count how many times I've stayed at Yifei. For example, this time I brought my kids to experience the duplex. But my last two experiences have really left me wanting. Whether at Yifei in Shanghai or out of town, all the staff are incredibly indifferent. This time, from the front desk to the cleaning staff, I didn't even get a hello. The only friendly person was the noodle lady who cooked breakfast. The waiter who checked my room card didn't even look up or say a word. She took my card, checked it, and left without a single hello! Flies were flying all over the fruit desserts in the breakfast room. I was so disgusted I couldn't eat them, so I just ate a few mouthfuls of noodles. The walls of my room were covered in mold. Also, they said they'd provide a late-night snack of scallion oil noodles. I called the front desk a little after 9:00 and they said it would start cooking at 9:30 and told me to go downstairs at 9:40. Actually, I arrived downstairs at 9:45 and had to ask two waiters before they started cooking. They didn't even give me a small bowl until after 10:00. There were two of us there, and they asked if it was just one bowl. He asked, "How many bowls do you want?" I said, "Just for the two of us." I don't know why the Yifei staff are all so grumpy and silent right now. I can't be a Yifei fan anymore.

Clean and hygienic, friendly service, and a rich breakfast. It was a great stay. I recommend it to everyone.
