Close to PVG, and easy transfer from Arrival to the hotel. Did not get a chance to try their included pickup service but the free shuttle back to the Terminals was great. Enjoyed the interior design,from the lobby, dining area front desk and the guest room. And there's this book in guest room the founder and CEO wrote which tells you how and why he made these hotel brands, quite interesting if you read Chinese. The staff were absolutely amazing!! Simply friendly, courteous and attentive! Special thanks to the lady who helped me checking in on the night of Jan 14th, and the gentleman in the a.m who offered a nice breakfast with tons of options. Overall my experience here was fantastic, given the room size is on the smaller side, and the amenities are limited compared to full service hotels. I gotta say the quality of the build or maintenance has room to improve. But I would love to try other Ji Hotels and upper scale brands Huazhu group has to offer.

I chose this hotel for two 3 reasons.First , it is close to airport when I checked in it was already 2 am bad luck my airplane was delayed few hours, but the clean room comfortably bed got rid of my tiredness. Second, this hotel has free shuttle buses to airport and Disney land. Which is very convenient for my plain to Disney Land. Third, the two beds all is queen size, it was big enough for two adults and two small kids. Normally I have to book 2rooms but this no need. So I decided to extend two more days.

From helping with various requests to ensuring she had everything she needed, your support made her experience incredibly special. Your kindness and attention to detail truly made a difference, and we are especially grateful for your assistance in arranging her transportation to the airport. Tiny out of the way hotel no food terrible location booked because of free shuttle bus to airport- side note bus was so packed standing room only- staff okay- room had terrible bed sheets super uncomfortable.

The location is near to the airport with shuttle bus service. The hotel has great amenities and facilities. We would like to thank every team member of Ji Hotel, specially to Sir Satoru for excellent service. Excellent service of the bot who served us deliveries.

The room I l stayed was not too big and has fake window. Can feel smoke in the room. Must be someone smoking in the room . Service is pretty good, provide shuttle bus between hotel and airport

About 20 minutes away from the airport. Enough for a short transit stay. But otherwise, small and understaffed for the amount of customers they are handling.
