The hotel facilities are consistent with the description in the photos, without any exaggeration, giving people the impression of integrity and reliability. I will come to Shanghai on business trips and stay in this hotel again. It is worth recommending.

The location is beautiful, but we suffered from the unpleasant smell of smoke and the disturbance of the guests as well.

Low cost performance, a little disappointing

When I checked in at the hotel, the front desk staff started by saying that they had cooperated with the store manager and there were no upper bunks available. Then they told me that I would have to pay extra for the lower bunk. Well, I asked, "Are there no rooms available?", and then they said, "Yes," but what I want to say is that my order did not clearly state whether it was an upper or lower bunk, so everyone should avoid being cheated. Then I went to the room but there were no toiletries, towels, or anything like that. I went to ask them for them, and the store manager took me to the linen room and looked for a while, and told me to go back to the room and have them delivered. I watched you look for it, but you told me to go back, so I did. When a towel was delivered later, my instinctive reaction was that I didn't dare to use it, and I didn't use it. I won't say much about the hygiene, because there was a long hair in the boy's room, I was really convinced, the service was indifferent, and the store manager kept coughing, so he should take care of himself. Someone came to stay in the middle of the night, and I didn't sleep well. This was my experience during my stay, and I won't come again in the future!
