這次入住，前台服務讓我感到格外貼心！前台人員不僅態度温和、舉止得體，還特別細心。辦理入住時，他們主動詢問我的航班訊息，貼心地為我安排了靠窗的房間，方便欣賞城市夜景。在交流中，我發現他們對酒店的設施和服務瞭如指掌，無論是健身房的開放時間，還是早餐的特色菜品，都能一一解答。此外，他們還主動提醒我酒店的免費接送服務，讓我在陌生的城市也能輕鬆出行。退房時，他們又仔細核對賬單，耐心解釋每一項費用，讓我消費得明明白白。整個服務過程專業又貼心，讓我從入住到離店都感受到了酒店的用心，為我的旅程增添了一份美好的回憶，下次還會再來！
