He went above and beyond to assist my parents by facilitating a quick room cleanup, allowing us to settle in much faster. His friendly demeanor and considerate approach made a significant difference, especially for my elderly parents.
Additionally, the hotel features beautiful Chinese-style decor that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The elegant design and attention to detail truly enhance the overall experience.
