I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by ChaoYu Wang王超宇. He went above and beyond to assist my parents by facilitating a quick room cleanup, allowing us to settle in much faster. His friendly demeanor and considerate approach made a significant difference, especially for my elderly parents. Additionally, the hotel features beautiful Chinese-style decor that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The elegant design and attention to detail truly enhance the overall experience. ChaoYu's attentiveness, combined with the stunning ambiance, made our stay enjoyable and stress-free. Highly recommend this hotel for its excellent staff and charming aesthetic!

Average hotel but with below average price in Shanghai. Not great service or facilities but you pay what you get.
