前台女生的服務很好，退房的時候忘記拿東西了還追了出來。房間也還可以，衞生也不錯。 就是隔音比較一般，隔壁關門的聲音到我的房間聽來還是很大聲。還有酒店是沒有電梯的，是樓梯，這點很不方便

房間環境比較差，隔音效果很差，前台服務態度比較差

The hotel is located right on Laowei Jie, where non-Chinese people can get food and enjoy an after-work beer even without much knowledge. Right next to the hotel is a small supermarket where you can get everything you need for life. Right around the corner is the Hongqiao Pearl Market, where you can buy lots of things for home. Unfortunately, Covid has changed this area a lot. Many great restaurants and bars in Laowei Jie have disappeared and have been replaced by non-Chinese bars. Every few meters you are approached by women who want to have a drink or spend the evening with someone, which is extremely annoying and unpleasant, so this location has become very annoying and has nothing to do with the great sides of Shanghai. The hotel itself is clean and the staff tries their best to make you feel comfortable. The cleaning staff is very nice and does a good job. The rooms are a bit noisy with thin walls and unfortunately only have single glazing. The heating therefore only manages to make the room pleasantly warm with difficulty. Nevertheless, I can recommend the hotel for business travelers and tourists. I felt comfortable throughout. The bed is very comfortable and the bedding is clean. I would recommend the business rooms, which are larger and more comfortable. They are definitely worth the small extra charge!
