Great experience with the service apartment. All staff are very friendly and helpful . Definitely will come back in the future.

Good location, can be confusing to reach. Room temperature can be difficult to control.

Spacious room space with full amenities in the room. We like the daily offer of free coffee and drinks at lounge area where you can rest before going up to room. Lounge area can also see the iconic buildings.

Excellent location directly connected to IFC Mall with boutiques, restaurants, handy supermarket/bakery and line 2 Lujiazui metro station downstairs. We got a 1 bedroom which had a comfy lounge with kitchen and washer/dryer that came in useful for cleaning clothes. Breakfast also is hearty with western and eastern dishes. Great view, especially at night.

Very centrally located position with IFC shopping mall right downstairs, then a few escalators away from the Lujiazhui train stations. The only con was the gym lacking of equipments and relatively small, otherwise I would stay there again :)

Really loved my stay here! Although I agree that it can be confusing on how to find the hotel entrance since it's deep within the IFC mall, the location is super convenient to the metro (Lujiazui station is also connected to the mall) and nearby sights! It's affordable for the area, and has so many amenities, even including two TVs (although I think not smart TVs), full sized fridge/freezer, oven, cooking utensils/dishes/dish detergent and laundry machine along with standard robe/slippers/safe/bathtub/shower/heated toilet/bottled water etc. The hallway and outside was also very quiet and it was very easy to sleep at night on the super comfortable and fluffy pillows and blanket. The entire layout of the room was good and I would definitely stay again.

Room and carpet a but old But very convenient location

I could say it was a nice and warm ambient hotel with good service , nice view even though it wasn’t a high rise building compared to the surrounding. Classic ambience the moment u step into the main door. Room was significantly clean even though it wasn’t a brand new hotel. Only hiccup is they don’t provide new room slippers daily and u need to request for it everyday if u r like me being a OCD person. Yet it was still a highly recommended place to choose for .

Second time stayed at the hotel. One time with my family and now alone. Very satisfied with the location and amenities. Recommended!

One of the highlights of the trip was staying in the IFC Residence. The cleanliness of the place and amazing smell throughout the hotel were wonderful. Employees were very nice and helped with many things, as it was my first time in Shanghai. The IFC residence is located next to a shopping mall, everything is really close. Surely I cannot forget to mention the best machine coffee, which you can drink on the balcony with a view of the city. Definitely recommend it this place.

The room is very spacious. Service is excellent. Location is super convenient. If the bed can be a bit bigger will be perfect.

Although this hotel has been built many years, its maintenance is great. Still very clean and confortable. As the location of this hotel is great and the cost is much lower than the other hotels at the same location, it is really the first priority to book this hotel in Shanghai

This property is extraordinary! Suitable for families to stay because it’s spacious and sparkling clean! Near to Pearl Tower, accessible to shopping centres and Metro. Nothing more to ask for! Highly recommended and will stay there again~

My family and I recently stayed at IFC Residence in Shanghai, and I can confidently say it was a perfect experience. The location is incredibly convenient, being right next to the metro line, which made getting around the city effortless. The apartment itself was outstanding – non-smoking, quiet, and soundproof, with top-notch amenities. It was well-equipped with a washing machine, a segregated kitchen area complete with a refrigerator, oven, induction cooker, and basin. The space was thoughtfully designed, and the view from the apartment was spectacular. While the curtains were manual, this was a minor detail in an otherwise impeccable setup. The service was equally impressive. The hotel housekeepers and counter staff were attentive, friendly, and professional, ensuring every need was met with efficiency. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely choose IFC Residence again for my next trip to Shanghai. Highly recommended!
