The apartment was very spacious and nice but it felt old and not in perfect condition. Also the smell was not fresh. Definitely needs some refurbishment and then it will be 5 stars.

Overall, a great stay! I accidentally injured my hand this time, and the lady at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. She promptly got me some iodine to disinfect the wound and put on a Band-Aid, even giving me some extra ones for later. The service here is truly excellent, and I always enjoy my visits.

The room was spacious and offered a great view. However, the ventilation was poor, and there was a constant sewer smell. When a technician came to inspect, they discovered the drain pipes hadn't been properly sealed. Furthermore, the washlet was in such poor condition that we didn't feel comfortable using it.

I always enjoy my stay here wile in the Shanghai Pudong area. Convenient to many restaurants. Staff is always friendly and helpful with all requests. Rooms are spacious and clean. Highly recommend!

We have stayed in this hotel frequently from 2022. The quality of the service and cleanliness, quantity of amenities keep on declining.
The room are all small hotel apartments, but if you look carefully you can easily find that cleanliness ends after the fresh linen is changed!
Problem may be there is no manager in this hotel to whom you can complain! When we said we want to complain to manager, they mentioned there is no manager, apparently this place belongs to Bao Steel and each dept is responsible for their own act and seems all staff are sort of government employees. It is pitty we always felt this place was like home!

The room was clean, and the soundproofing was pretty good. However, there was sometimes an unpleasant smell coming from the kitchen and bathroom, and the shower drain didn't quite work properly (it was a bit clogged). The kitchen's pots and pans were very low quality and quite small, making them inadequate for any serious cooking – you'd definitely need to bring your own if you plan to cook. On the upside, the room rate was quite cheap, so I'd say it still offered decent value for money. If I needed a long-term stay, I would consider coming back.
