This was far from just a simple stay; it was a truly rejuvenating and delightful escape for both body and mind. The exceptional experience began the moment we stepped into the hotel lobby. The front desk staff, dressed in crisp uniforms, greeted us with genuine, yet understated, smiles and efficiently processed our check-in. While we waited, a welcome tea served at the perfect temperature and a fragrant, subtly sweet hand towel immediately refreshed us, washing away the fatigue from our journey. Instead of simply pointing us in the right direction when handing over the room keys, the staff personally escorted us to the elevator lobby, clearly outlining the locations and operating hours of the restaurant, gym, and pool. This proactive and thoughtful service made us feel truly valued and respected. Opening the door to our room brought even more delightful surprises. Our booked Deluxe King Room was not only spacious and bright, but its layout was also incredibly well-designed. The restaurant environment was elegant, and the food selection was incredibly diverse, ranging from Western and Chinese hot dishes, freshly baked bread and pastries, to local specialty snacks and freshly squeezed juices. The quality far exceeded our expectations. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors authentic, especially the bowl of freshly prepared signature noodles; its rich, savory broth left a lasting impression. Service staff were prompt in clearing tables and consistently attentive and polite. Furthermore, several additional details left a lasting impression: During turn-down service, in addition to tidying the room, they thoughtfully left a weather forecast card and a bottle of soothing warm milk; the concierge staff were incredibly knowledgeable about local attractions and dining recommendations, offering truly practical advice; and even after we casually mentioned we were celebrating an anniversary, the housekeeping team quietly prepared a small, exquisite dessert as a complimentary gift – this unexpected gesture deeply touched us. I had booked a king room but received a complimentary upgrade to a superior king room – much appreciated! The room's large window overlooks Jinyang Road, providing plenty of natural light. There's a bakery downstairs, and the faint, pleasant scent of baking wafts into the air.

Here are the pictures, so you can see for yourself. This hotel has so many shabby rules. They won't let you order takeout, and you have to go downstairs yourself. The elevator is broken. The bathroom drain smelled awful, but I was lucky I didn't suffocate that night. I was on the second floor, and the soundproofing was "excellent." I could hear the gossip of passersby downstairs clearly. 😄

The room facilities are average, the floor is not very good, and the air conditioning is not working properly.

The room is cost-effective and the service attitude is very good. But the sound insulation is not very good. The transportation in Pudong area is very convenient. Generally speaking, the hotel is worth the price.
