The buildings, constructions and food, service in the hotels people’s behaviors were very fascinating. I liked the people, country, structures and foods.

We enjoyed ourselves a lot as family while staying in this hotel. Very close to East Nanjing Station Exit 6 and Nanjing Pedestrian Road. 2 Halal restaurants nearby, which was very good for us. Overall, 9 out of 10

Good enviroment and easy acces to nanjing road

Small room but stay for a nite shld be ok. When go into room smell wet due to no window. Aircon need to always open

Very good location, near The Bund and Nanjing Road. The staffs and maid are very nice and helpful. The hotel is not that clean. Not because unwell cleaning but the age of the hotel. They have baggage storage service but there is no room for baggage storage. We can just put the luggage at the front area.

The location was fabulous.the price for their services was reasonable.the front desk was available and friendly.for short convenient trips I recommend this hotel.

Good Location, Many Restaurants, Near Tourist Spot

I wouldn’t come back. The place isn’t clean (chdck the photos) there was gair everywhere, the wall of the shower is black as never was scrubbed at all, the ceiling has mold, there was even hair in the sink. It was really disappointing. The room is too small! Looks bigger in the pics. AND THE WORST THING was that the cleaning lady left my room OPEN after taking 1 out of 2 garbage bags. So, she didn’t even clean the room and left it open after her!!!! I found it opened at 10pm that i came to rest. No English speaking, no amenities, they didn’t know where to get laundry done… not helpful at all.

I booked a room for two nights on the trip.com website, when we checked in, we opened the door, a sour smell came, we quickly went to the desk to ask what was rotten, the service lady immediately changed anther room, the room is dark and damp, I told her that we can not live in such a dark room, l wanted to find another hotel, she saids ok,But you have to go to the website, because I can’t to it here, and today's room payment can not be refund to you, only refund the money of tomorrow, after we left the hotel,I tried to make several calls could not be connected, only to get through to the United States at night, my husband told the service lady what was happened ! We wanted the money refund back because the room smelling so bad, but not reason for small room!
