I wouldn’t come back. The place isn’t clean (chdck the photos) there was gair everywhere, the wall of the shower is black as never was scrubbed at all, the ceiling has mold, there was even hair in the sink. It was really disappointing. The room is too small! Looks bigger in the pics. AND THE WORST THING was that the cleaning lady left my room OPEN after taking 1 out of 2 garbage bags. So, she didn’t even clean the room and left it open after her!!!! I found it opened at 10pm that i came to rest. No English speaking, no amenities, they didn’t know where to get laundry done… not helpful at all.

I booked a room for two nights on the trip.com website, when we checked in, we opened the door, a sour smell came, we quickly went to the desk to ask what was rotten, the service lady immediately changed anther room, the room is dark and damp, I told her that we can not live in such a dark room, l wanted to find another hotel, she saids ok,But you have to go to the website, because I can’t to it here, and today's room payment can not be refund to you, only refund the money of tomorrow, after we left the hotel,I tried to make several calls could not be connected, only to get through to the United States at night, my husband told the service lady what was happened ! We wanted the money refund back because the room smelling so bad, but not reason for small room!

The room is really too small. There is no place to put the suitcases. The hygiene is also really bad. The bedding is not changed. I looked at several similarly priced hotels before deciding to book this one. I was wrong.

The location of this hotel is very good and cheap. The two ladies at the counter provide very good service. It is only a 2-3 minute walk from Exit 5 of the subway station (Nanjing East Road Station) (you must go to Exit 2 if you have luggage). There are a lot of snacks nearby. The signature dumplings diagonally across the corner are delicious. Xiaoyang Pan-fried Buns are also delicious nearby. There are also many delicious fruits. It is also very close to the Nanjing East Road Pedestrian Street, only 2 or 3 minutes away. Arrived, the location is very good. Already the second time staying here

More than 200 yuan is already a great value for this location and conditions. It's just a bit noisy outside on the first floor.

Next to the Nanjing Road East Road subway, it takes ten minutes to walk to the Bund. The hotel is clean and highly recommended.

This is the worst rated hotel I have stayed in Shanghai! When we checked in, there was hair all over the floor, and the towels provided were also worn out~ The room was super small, and the toilet door couldn't be closed, so when taking a shower, the water would spray all over the toilet door and get wet! Not only that, the auntie came into the room to change the towels without our consent! ! ! The point is that we didn't put up a sign for the auntie to clean! In addition, the check-out time is 12 noon, but at 11.55 we were just about to check out, and the auntie at the counter came to knock on the door and asked us to check out? It's not even 12 o'clock yet? ! I have stayed in so many hotels and never had this problem! This is really the first time this has happened, and there won't be a next time🤬🤬🤬 The waitress on the first night was also a little reluctant, the second day's lady was much better and more friendly, and the auntie on the third day was only busy asking me to give a review🙄

Very central. The receptionists were very friendly, we arrived early in the morning and they treated us very well. It is small but you don't need more to sleep.
