設施太老舊了，房間的窗户鐵框銹跡斑斑，玻璃很臟，看到隔壁房間的窗户玻璃都裂開了，衞生間洗臉池下水緩慢輕微堵塞，毛巾更是舊的不如小旅館，除了地段，其他都不滿意，以後不會再選擇了

Stayed at the Seventh Heaven Hotel recently, and here’s my take. The location was undeniably excellent (5/5), making it a breeze to access nearby attractions and business hubs—ideal for business travelers. However, cleanliness (3/5) and service (3/5) were average. While the rooms were habitable, they lacked the sparkle one might hope for, and staff, though polite, weren’t particularly proactive. Amenities (2/5) were a letdown; limited offerings and outdated facilities left much to be desired. In summary, if location is your top priority, this hotel works. But don’t expect luxury in amenities or standout service. With some tweaks to cleanliness and upgrades to facilities, it could shine brighter. For now, it’s a functional choice for short business stays, but manage those amenity expectations.

Great location, close to the Bund. Near the metro and many different cafes and shops. They give out toothbrushes and toothpaste. In the room there is a small kettle and tea set. Very tired interior, in need of renovation. No iron and ironing board. No breakfast. Very hard bed.

I lived here 20 years ago, and I came here to look for memories~
It is located in the central area of Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, and you can see the glory of the past. Although the style is gone, the building remains the same. If you come to Shanghai for a short stay and want to visit Nanjing Road and the Bund, this is still a good choice.

Built in 1932 by a pair of entrepreneurial brothers, Guo Le and Guo Quan, the 19 story hotel was once the highest building in the city and housed one of the most luxurious ballrooms in Shanghai. Today neither building nor hotel occupy quite such a lofty position in Shanghai society but the hotel's 59 guestrooms are tastefully decorated with a nod to its heyday in the form of vintage style lamps and Art Deco inspired flourishes. Combined with its excellent location and reasonable prices, this is a great value option with a touch of old Shanghai.
The grand ballroom has been converted into a restaurant called Old Shanghai serving contemporary Chinese cuisine using seasonal ingredients.
Recreational facilities include a beauty salon. For the business traveler there is a business center offering fax, internet access and ticket reservation services. A well-equipped function room is available for meetings, conference and other events.
On the hotel's top floor, guests can enjoy views of bustling Nanjing Road pedestrian street.
