前台兩位男士服務專業、熱情，最後因計劃有變退訂了一天，辦理也很方便。房間面積很大，配有空氣凈化器，房間設施也都很新，唯一不足的是花灑，連接花灑的軟管太硬了導致花灑不好固定方向洗澡有點麻煩。酒店位置絕佳，出了大門就可以逛了，淮海中路好逛的店太多，樓下三條地鐵線去哪裡都方便，下次來上海還會住這裏的

酒店地理位置優越，交通便利，位於繁華的淮海中路，地鐵站口，周邊商場遍佈，配套設施齊全。雖然酒店有些年代感，但設施維護良好，衞生情況較好，服務態度非常好，是值得信賴的的老牌星級酒店。每次來上海必住！
