Very good hotel for not expensive price. Location: metro is 5 minutes away! It is direct metro line to the center of Shanghai. 24-hour store "FamilyMart" is 2 minutes away. Also in the neighboring house with the hotel there are several restaurants, one of them is a grill restaurant, where are very tasty dishes! A large shopping center is 10 minutes away, where are everything from clothing stores to cafes and restaurants. Opposite the shopping center there is a large grocery store with good low prices. About the hotel: the atmosphere is cozy. We stayed here in September 2024 for a week. The rooms are not large and the renovation is not new, but everything is clean and in good order: good bed linen and a comfortable large bed. There are few rooms in the hotel, so the atmosphere is quiet. The hosts are responsive and welcoming: they will give you a corkscrew when needed, and they will allow you to heat up food in the microwave late in the evening. Breakfasts are consistently good: always boiled eggs, noodles, rice with vegetables and egg, rice buns, steamed vegetables. We never left hungry. Thanks!

The location from Xinzhuang bus/metro station is near. Breakfast is limited but good. Unfortunately, the room is dated and the carpet looks dirty.

I am feeling very comfortable mind at here , named雅约臻？, Ya Yue Zhen Pin Hotel (Irene Boutique Hotel) during my one week on- going reservation and staying. Very kind service mind of staff, Clean and good utilities inside, Reasonabe price and more one favourable thing is: Transportation satisfaction to the foreigners visiting Sahang Hai !!! Very close to subway station(last and first termiation) of Metro line #5(red colored on the guide map ) Regards.

Good place to stay if you have a early train near the Trainstation Hongqiao. 25 min with the Didi and fair price. Thanks for the stay.

Near the subway station and surrounded by restaurants, great value.

Even no close to downtown is very near last station of line 1. Veryvfriendly staff and owner makes your days easy and great on Beijong close to some Little restaurant and coffee shop. If you want a quiet place out if Beijing downtown defintaely thisnis your place. The tiny dog of the owner make you feel as at home

Very close to xinzhuang Station line 1&5 Rooms are clean and staff are nice. Breakfast was included but it's typical Chinese style Right behind the hotel there are few restaurant and shop also within a walking distance there are malls. Highly recommended
