There were two receptionists—a young man and a young woman—both of whom appeared unhelpful, unprofessional, and unfriendly. Most concerningly, their behavior were slightly discriminatory toward tourist. They also seemed unfamiliar with standard procedures, to the point where we found ourselves having to assist them in completing their own tasks.
What’s even more concerning is that the housekeeping staff failed to clean our room during the day, which is highly unacceptable.

The bed and pillow were very comfortable. The water pressure and temperature were very good. The location was close to the subway and tourist areas.
On the downside, there were some minor issues like chipped knobs and air freshener tablets scattered in the drawer.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. You can walk to the time-honored brands such as Dahuchun, Xiaoshaoxing and Xiandelai. It's not far from Nanjing East Road Pedestrian Street, perfect for a stroll after dinner. You don’t have to worry about returning too late when you go to Yu Garden or the Bund to see the light show and night view. Of course, it only takes two or three bus stops to go shopping at Huaihai Middle Road, and it is a great idea to have dinner at the Red House Western Restaurant after shopping.

The room is average, standard, and the space is enough. It is suitable for a family trip of three people. There are no facilities around, but it is close to the Great World subway station.
