Crystal Hotel Shanghai Jinling East Road on the Bund

The hotel is located near to the famous Nanjing Road Walking street. The DaShiJie MRT Exit 5 is just 120m away. Check in and out is easy. The room a bit small but expected for hotel at huangpu area. It has free laundry service at level B1 as well.

Great stay throughout my trip in shanghai! The location is just 3 to 5mins walk away from Da Shi Jie metro station. 10 to 20min walks to Nanjing Pedestrian street or Xi Tian Di, Huang Pu District.. The convenient store( Lian Hua) is just across the street. Reserved for a room with terrace/ balcony and were able to see the Pearl tower light up at night.. There's a gym, laundromat ( detergent are provided) , restaurants for breakfast & supper located in basement 1. The staff at the front desk were great, helpful, and informative if you have any questions. I was expecting my parcel to be delivered the following day from the store, and they helped me tracked to see if the hotel had received it or not. 😁😊 Rooms were cleaned, and towels changed daily. Water pressure was good, the toilet comes with a bidet! The cleaning ladies were polite, friendly & helpful. Overall, will definitely stay in this hotel again when I'm back in Shanghai!😄😄

We had a room on floor 6 with a terrace. The room stank of cigarettes, most power points didn’t work. The breakfast was ok but most of the food that should have been hot (bacon, sausages, fries) were cold. Staff however were helpful and friendly. Hotel is not in an attractive area, not much around. Disappointed for the price

Mine was a viewless room with a musty smell. I have to turn on the ventilator in the bathroom for an hour to clear the smell.

Good location, near metro, within 3min walk. Great breakfast! Free self laundry Friendly, polite and helpful hotel workers.

This hotel was a great find! It’s not available on some American booking platforms, but is cheaper and much nicer than some options available. I would recommend using trip.com for Chinese hotels. The rooms are modern and a good size. At this price point it is definitely somewhere I would stay again. The location is walking distance so nanjing road and yuan garden. But in a quiet location and near a subway. The staff also are a stand out here. They gifted us apples for Christmas Eve and when we left some food behind in the fridge, we called up and they got it and put it with the luggage we had left for the day. Great service!! :)
