酒店很乾凈，大廳有個書吧，有咖啡機。床品很舒適，帶着小朋友去的，小傢伙睡了大整覺，比平時在家還睡得沉。有專門停車場，開車過來也方便，自助早餐很豐富。旁邊有個商場，可以去吃飯逛逛。

連續住了五天，最後不打算在續住的原因健身房，其中一個器械壞了，但是其他器械好的，也不讓進入健身房,前台把責任甩鍋給工程師，説工程師把鑰匙拿走了。
1.前台是否在入住時候告知健身房無法使用，或者在辦理續住時候告知？
2.是否第一時間在門口貼上器械壞了無法進入，預計修復時間？
3.為什麼自行車單車好的的也不讓進入了？
4.房間還OK，主要前台的服務態度有待提高跟培訓，本是一件小事情，前台服務理直氣壯的跟甩鍋的態度讓我下次出差上海不會選擇此酒店的理由。

The service was impressive, and the buffet breakfast was quite good. I particularly appreciated the variety available, especially since I enjoy Chinese cuisine. The location is perfect for my schedule. However, there seems to be a KTV somewhere or a bar nearby,, and it was quite noisy during our stay on the weekends. It was either some people singing or chatting. I'm not sure if it is the same during weekdays.
