В отеле требуется капитальный ремонт, в номерах на потолках потресканая штукатурка, грязные обои, шторы не стирались очень долго, окна грязные, вода в душевой не уходит, в отеле присутствует запах неприятный, персонал отеля не очень общительный, постельное белье чистое.
