酒店重新裝修也有十年了，有點老舊了，而且燈光設計的暗暗的，前台態度無論男女服務人員都是很差的，建議謹慎選擇。

整體很差，預訂家庭房，結果什麼都是兩份！晚上發現被子也是兩個，去跟前台要，告知沒有，一夜特別冷度過！後來通過攜程客服幫助，第二天才給了一個被子！

房間是很歐陸式，挺漂亮的，但畢竟是翻新的，也有一些地方有損壞痕跡。有時會漏掉沐浴露，不夠紙巾，不夠水，送過來的有時有人也會黑麪。前台戴眼鏡的哥哥，不走到他面前也不抬頭，招呼也不打，一點也不像服務行業該有的態度

酒店內部設施陳舊，也非常不乾淨，應該是本次上海之行住的最差的，以後不會再住了，室內還是會選擇連鎖，好歹衞生有保障，前台人員沒有服務可言，聽我們衹住一晚就給了走廊最靠裡麪的房間。

Very satisfied, good location, but no parking lot, if you have a car, you should consider it. The room is very clean. There is a place to eat opposite the hotel. We went to Quanjude for dinner in the evening. There is a bus stop at the door of the hotel and it is also close to the subway station. It's very convenient to go shopping around
