A convenient stay if arrive ShangHai at midnight. It’s around 20mins from the airport.

Overall the hotel is good if you are going airport and disneyland because got free shuttle transport ... if you want to travel by public transport then the bus station just 3 minutes walk frm the hotel (mrt is super far from hotel so you need to take bus then only mrt) I select this hotel over the tons of accommodations because of the breakfast and to be honest the breakfast here really under my expectation and make me upset.... meal serve without indicator thus it a problem for me as i dont eat beef due to allergy (accidentlly pick and eat beef and faster split out ...lucky no allergy). I dint ask the worker there about the food because they are not really friendly. Need to pay for coffee. Most of the frontliner is teenager so cant expect they are excellent in customer services (some of them really need to be more polite and pro in job) About Room... Design is modern style which is good... got fridge ... but why 4 stars hotel not provide coffee or tea in room like other hotel ?

I stayed one night at this hotel; it was my second time there. They arranged the Pickup from PVG. The rooms are good. The staff needs to learn English as well. They are in Shanghai.

So disappointed at the ride service and I don’t expect more than “good morning, hope you had a nice stay” that’s enough to give 5 stars on the service review but instead I got 4 people standing at reception giving me weird stares and laughing amongst each other and only caught 1 of them saying “foreigners” in Chinese. I mentioned to them that they’re rude and it’s unnecessary. Guess what? They continued giggling amongst each other. While waiting for my taxi and writing this review at the entrance door, guess what? They were still giggling. No sorry nothing! I am the type of person that gives 5 star reviews even if I feel it’s 3 stars but if the service is great, I easily give 5 stars! This bad review was asked for because so opportunities were had where they could’ve easily apologized or say it’s a misunderstanding, something! I got nothing!l but 4 people staring and giggling at me like I’m their damn entertainment.

Close to Pudong Airport. Airport transfer for early morning flight timetable is 5.30am, 8.30am only, if request 7.30am, need to arrange by own.

This was one of the nicest hotels of my entire trip! Clean, modern, and amazing room and building. Some of my fav parts of the stay was the spacious room + huge yet cozy bed, brunch buffet (that lasts until noon!), midnight wonton snack, open workspace with river view, free DIY laundry, super friendly staff, and location right next to the ancient town! Highly recommend staying here for a more interesting place to stay the night before a flight out from Pudong Airport!

Beautiful hotel. We arrived early, the manager was very kind, allowed us to check in early and provided beautiful afternoon tea. Close by is a beautiful area and has lots of food around. Exceptional service from staff. Highly recommend the hotel.

Spacious room and clean! We stayed here for a night as we are catching an early morning flight from pudong the next day. Staffs are friendly and provide warm bottles of water on arrival, also offer night supper at night.

We chose a no smoking room, but our room had a very strong cigarette smell. This is the only complaint.

Environment: Nice environment, stylish design, chicken soup wontons for supper, many breakfast options Service: Basically responsive, ice cubes can be delivered upstairs by the front desk for those who like ice, and steam eye masks Facilities: Basically good, but the TV can only play live broadcasts, not on-demand. Many hotels outside can already play on-demand. I hope this hotel can catch up with the facilities soon.
