Loved everything about Kingstown - from the friendly Front desk personnel and the helpful housekeeping staff, to the clean comfortable rooms and the city view. It's a short 600m walk to Nanjing Road, and there are convenience stores within a 200m radius of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall it's good and I have to give it a thumbs up, especially the service attitude of the front desk staff. The minor flaw is that the room is not soundproofed well. When you open and close the door of another room, it feels like your own room. The windows also leak.
