Excellent hotel in Shanghai. Easy walking distance to people's square, east Nanjing road, and the bund. The hotel itself is in perfect condition. Rooms are comfortable and have all amenities you could need.

I found a very stylish treasure restaurant in Shanghai - Yangzi Restaurant! As soon as I walked in, I was attracted by its unique decoration. Warm yellow lights, wooden tables and chairs, retro ornaments, every detail exudes the charm of the old times. It feels like any photo can be taken, and I immersively experienced the Shanghai style. 位置非常好，景觀也好，年代感和完善的房間設施並不沖突。但首先門的位置不顯眼並且前門有幾階階梯，在這樣的客觀條件下門僮很重要，在我入住的時間裏只有一位中年門僮替我拿過行李，在我們拎兩個巨大箱子入住酒店和離開酒店的時候，並沒有人幫助我們開關車門，取放行李，拿進（出）酒店大門，這個環節可以説非常糟糕。希望你們反省，今後做好服務，由於位置景觀好的絕對優勢，我想下次來上海時或許還會入住，會特別關注門僮這一環節的服務質量。

特意過來過平安夜、聖誕的，住了四天，挺好的有陽台，就是酒店服務不一，禮賓年紀大一點的會幫忙送外賣，年輕的都是自取，下樓的時候，在坐在前台聊天，建議酒店可以規範，學習好的，閑着也是閑着，退房的時候前台男生也比較死板，家人不舒服，晚幾分鐘要我半天租，總體還不錯，打掃的大姐很注意細節
