房間要14.00以後才能入住，這是缺憾，還是老國營的通病？
床品舒服，房間裝修是星級酒店的標準，大堂還是很氣派的
就是覺得一切都好，但感覺還是老套了點吧
如果入住能早點，我個人還是很喜歡的

My expectations were high, but my disappointment was also great. First of all, the location is the best. It's really close to Nanjing Road and the Bund is a 15-20 minute walk away. There are plenty of amenities nearby, like restaurants and convenience stores. The downside is that the room condition wasn't great. The furniture, bathroom, and other things seemed a bit old, which was disappointing. And the bedding felt damp. Overall, it felt damp and just okay rather than comfortable. The breakfast was decent for the price.

По чистоте и уборке нареканий нет. Лифты работают идеально, ждешь не долго.
Однообразные, но неплохие завтраки.
Бассейн и спорт клуб в соседнем здании (отель гранд централ), он маленький, не видовой, для галочки.
Сотрудники в целом вежливы, но абсолютно неприветливы. Второй раз не поедешь - остается ощущение холодности и равнодушия.
