因為颱風延後一天入住，前台Bob幫忙免費升級了房間，還介紹酒店的設施和各項活動介紹。退房前主動詢問是否要延時，當時我也有此想法，特別感謝！，酒店總體入住體驗也很好。

管家Bob很貼心的把所有的活動和服務細節一一告訴我們。隨時噓寒問暖~可謂及時雨~
星空館的老師也會根據小朋友的回答來調整互動內容。
周邊有佘山森林公園和藍精靈樂園，真的是行程滿滿，一天玩不夠~

環境優美，提前到達酒店，管家Bob熱情接待還幫我們提前辦理了入住，並把行李送到房間，提前告知我們遊玩項目，用餐地點，電梯方位，親子出行為我們提供了很多便利。體驗下來感覺很好，值得下次再來玩。員工們也都很熱情。

非常好的親子度假體驗。
室外泳池有各種深度，大小滑梯各一個。適合低幼小童。還有挖沙池不愧是上海小三亞。
室內小童樂園提供一次性襪子非常好，遊樂園人不多，也能看到阿姨一直在打掃
