第一次來，以前常去的那家關門了。管家Jerry服務很好，主動送了萌寵樂園的門票，也幫我延遲退房了，有求必應。前台的小男生也很好，晚上到的還幫我升級房型，客房服務中心的小姑娘和打掃的阿姨都很客氣。明顯比另一家佘山的服務好。

Spacious and clean room with balcony. It's an ideal resort hotel for family vacation. Bob gave the guests a warm welcome and was very helpful in recommending places to visit. The hotel being quite remote and distant from public transport, it's better to drive there along the scenic route and go around with your own car. Hotel is close to botanical garden and national parks. The public broadcast is a bit loud at night, but it's quiet when you go to sleep.

親子酒店首推👍🏻房間面積很大，還給了升級，帶娃出行房間大真的很剛需，畢竟娃出行東西多。出行前一天加了管家Jerry的微信，很貼心發我們酒店的餐廳和親子設施的開放時間；一到房間説要準備的圍欄也配好了，還很周到的把沙發也移到床旁邊。
管家Jerry免費送我們小牧場和擼貓館的門票，房間有什麼需要的第一時間告訴管家Jerry，馬上就能送到。酒店自己的沙灘🏖️真的還很不錯，寶貝玩瘋了！旁邊有水池玩好很沖一下，配套的都很齊全。
是一次很不錯的體驗，管家Jerry認真負責、貼心！佘山茂御，親子酒店做的真的很不錯！

親子互動樂園，增進感情的好去處！小童樂園的最佳去處，小朋友能一個人玩很長時間，水上樂園親子戲水區笑聲不斷。萌寵牧場的飼養體驗增進愛心，沙灘更是挖個不停，還有大的氣墊可以蹦。房間佈置温馨可愛。裝修色彩明快，餐飲有親子DIY巧克力果糖區，衞生乾淨整潔，大多都是帶小朋友一家人打卡。謝謝Jerry辛苦！
