上海浦東開元大酒店（外高橋店）性價比很高，房間寬敞整潔，尤其是浴缸泡澡體驗超讚——水温穩定，深度足夠，還配了獨立淋浴間。商務出行或休閑放鬆都很適合，300-400元的價位在浦東算很划算了。

長者搬茶几時上面的圓玻璃掉下來碎了。酒店在晚上11點多打電話要求賠償700元。後面退房時我們拒絕賠700（ 淘寶上幾十元 ）， 他們就要求我們把茶几搬回家買玻璃，並且交300按金。我們交了300按金，把茶几搬回家了，在網上搜了一上午，也找不到一樣尺寸的玻璃，衹好定製了，現在等貨中。。。開元大酒店，你們就是這樣搶錢，搶錢不成又刁難客人的嗎？

垃圾酒店！！！！給大家一個忠告千萬別訂。晚上睡着後直接接床品的胳膊和腳就開始癢，早起來胳膊臂彎處和手腕處都出現了紅疹，早上退房時和前台説了情況，前台並不理會。因為有事情着急走，離開酒店後馬上聯繫攜程，讓攜程聯繫酒店來進行處理。結果攜程告知酒店説退房了他們沒有處理方案。我明確的和攜程表述過和離開酒店前和前台説了情況，並且給前台看了紅疹處。攜程很搞笑的説賠50元給我。誰會差這50元。從始至終沒有任何一方要求看看我的紅疹，相反卻先説我是敏感肌。更沒有任何一方説帶我去醫院看一下。這樣的酒店大家還是少住。攜程現在也是在推卸責任
