The hotel has a good view and a good environment nearby. It is only a 2-3 minute walk to the subway station. The room is quite spacious, enough for one person. The breakfast and front desk service are quite satisfactory. The facilities and decoration are a bit old, but they are well maintained. I especially like that the hotel is very neat and clean. There is a shopping mall nearby, and there are some small restaurants downstairs, which are more Japanese style. There are mainly office buildings nearby, so the atmosphere is a bit less lively.

The nearest station to the hotel is a 2-minute walk away, and is connected to Takashimaya at Iliji. There are Japanese restaurants and bars near the hotel, making it the perfect location for Japanese people.

I always use this hotel when I stay in Shanghai. The facilities are a little old, but the service at the front desk and the location are very good. There are staff who can speak Japanese. It was unfortunate that the safety deposit box was broken this time.
